I can't though to my case worker! She won't return my emails & she doesn't have a phone number. I had to call my past case worker who helped me. Why can't they call the new Clients? Please let's work together with this!!

They rarely answer their phones and when you have to leave a message like it says they literally NEVER call you back. Working with them thru Freedom Care is the biggest headache I’ve experienced in my life!!

I work for Real Services as a Foster Grandparent and I'm places at El-campito child care . I am in the 1's glass with 2 teachers and 1 assistant teacher. If they all show up , we have 8 children . Real Services has all kinds of programs to help the needy and will soon open a new Senior Center.

I love this place. They are amazing and so very kind and compassionate. If it wasn't for RS, lots of elderly people wouldn't have had any food, people who don't have the means to get a ramp built. REAL SERVICES Is A REAL amazing place!!! God bless you guys!!

Absolutely the worst company EVER. After 6 months we finally got our appointment for our home evaluation they chose not to call to cancel or even show up after i took the time off work Nov. 20th and sure enough February 5th they chose to do the same thing. This is a very unprofessional company to the fullest. This is a company that should be helping people and choose to make things that much harder. Sadly they will not ever return phone calls either. This is not only a personal matter i am a nurse we attempt to deal with at work as well they are just unprofessional as they come.
