Attorney Reinhart was simply excellent! She guided me through the process extremely well (it was my first time setting up a trust) and explained everything in detail. She was great about thinking through contingencies and advising me on my options, including discussing consequences of each of the options. I only placed 1 star because I had to but this firm is very unprofessional especially Diana. I did not come here for legal services but actually received a phone call regarding another individual and was treated so rudely by that individual that I called back to make a complaint. When I called back the person who memorialized my complaint sent it to Diana, the Supervisor. As an attorney, myself, I have never experienced such unprofessional, condescending and demeaning treatment especially from a place that is supposed to provide such services of high esteem. Diana returned my phone call leading with a condescending and demeaning tone! She spoke to me with such recklessness and just lacked basic customer care and/or communication skills. I intentionally decided not to inform her of my professional background & permitted her to continue to display her lack of integrity. I then could no longer tolerate her deplorable behavior and finally corrected her on her tone of voice and let her know that she and her staff lacked decorum and were “unhinged” and completely unprofessional and in my personal opinion unethical. From a professional vantage point, I would never take my hard earned money here to pay for such an unprincipled place of business because if Diana (a person who holds a leadership position) acts in this manner then I can only imagine how her subordinates also carry themselves.

I expected the process of setting up a trust to be painful and emotional, but because of Diana's skills and legal knowledge, it went incredibly smoothly. So many difficult decisions had to be made -- including decisions we had never thought about -- but she guided my husband and I through each one with calm and empathy. Now, should the worst occur, we don't have to burden our children with these difficult decisions and we know they will be protected financially. It's such an incredible peace of mind. I can't recommend Diana highly enough -- she exudes professionalism and kindness and clearly has a sincere passion for estate planning.
