Richard and his staff they were outstanding taking in all the information for what was needed for my case. Took in consideration that I am a human being. Very professional as well he is a caring person as his staff is as well. He saw that my case was going to have a wrinkle. He saw it and then, researched to where it would end up that it wouldn't end up hurting me in the long run. I find that very admirable for anyone to do for me.
