Unprofessional. I drove over an hour twice for absolutely nothing. The first time, I get to the facility at my appointment time and they tell me the fingerprinting machine is down. No phone call, no email. Nothing. They tell me to wait because it could be back up within hours, so I stay in Terre Haute a few hours, they call me and tell me the machine is now working. 5 minutes later, I show up to the facility, they tell me the machine is down again. They then proceed to tell me to come back whenever, my appointment will stay in the system and all I had to do was come on my next off day. I told them I wouldn't be able to come back for atleast a month (I'm a travel nurse) I specifically asked if I needed to reschedule. She told me "no, just bring your ID, you'll be good"
A month later, I return to the facility with my appointment documents and the same exact person tells me I need to reschedule. I will reschedule elsewhere because why didn't you call your appointments and inform them not to come if your machine is down. And her attitude was rude!

I showed up a few minutes early and they helped me right away. Check in was quick and the fingerprinting was also pretty quick. Nice to know it’s close to home!

If there was a zero star I would have put that. I was told the test took 5 days to come back, then it was 10 days and now this company seems to have “lost” my test. Which in turn has caused my work start date to be pushed back a month. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional considering they have ONE job here and that’s to drug test.

The employees there are more than very nice and they helped me a lot. They spent more than 3hours helping me with smiles. I really thankful for them and I hope all the employees around the world be like Tina, Angela, and Lindsi.

I’m a teacher so I have to get a yearly background check. When I go to their office there were 2 people working. They greeted me immediately and took my info. Was only there about 15 minutes total. They were very pleasant and helpful.

Erin and Katie were outstanding individuals, this establishment is very professional and courteous way better than ambucare, very quick and go out of there way for there patients, God Bless Hooray Army strong

I have been to here a few different times. I don't remember having bad experiences the last couple of times but when I went today the staff was very rude and unwelcoming. There was one younger woman that stuck out as rude. She was getting snappy with other customers and was not friendly at all when she was doing my fingerprints.
