I was in a car collision in 2021 involving a driver that did not have insurance, drivers license, or vehicle registration. I was trying to work with my insurance company regarding this situation. My insurance covered my totaled car; however, did not offer to assist with my medical issues. My right hand (dominate hand) was injured.
After a month of confusion, I decided that I needed an attorney to help me out. I reviewed the Alaska statutes regarding uninsured motorist and that is why I needed help. I hired an attorney that is very popular with injuries but, I just did not like that attorney's attitude or demeanor.
I called Jason Ringstad office for an appointment. I know the name because his father is commitment to public education and the family's outstanding contribution to our community. Jason is an excellent attorney. He took my case and challenge my insurance on medical treatment, pain and suffering, and lost work wages. I am very fortunate to have selected Jason and his team for this insurance case. The outcome was very positive and I highly recommend Ringstad Law Offices. They are compassionate and very professional at their job. I immensely grateful for choosing this law firm.
