Besides being shorted almost $1000 I've been calling multiple times, no one ever answers the phone. I've left two voicemails and also know at least four other people with messed up returns. On top of the missing money, Michael is rude and sometimes unpleasant to customers I will not recommend this Tax service or go get my taxes done here ever again. Worst Tax preparer I've ever been to!!!
