Grant was a bully. Failed to give me documentation that was asked for. When documents handed to me in court were wrong I’d point it out and he wouldn’t attempt to change it. He withheld information from me and would use it against me when we wouldn’t agree on things and so much more. He was so bad when I came home from court and told people they were convinced in my occasions he was paid off. He didn’t even have the courtesy to come to the last court date ThT had two things to go over one being us drilling each other and he couldn’t even show. Much more happened

My son hired Grant Canfield for a contempt of court issue and Grant got the parent that was in contempt to pay back my sons court fees he paid him but Grant never gave my son his money back to him. My son was told by his receptionist that he would need to take him to small claims court. Ha Dirty business.

Today was my first encounter with this lawyer. No he is not my lawyer, he was the one representing the other party. So no I didn’t expect him to agree with everything that happened at our encounter, but I definitely did not expect things to go the way they did. The way he acted and portrayed himself was very shocking To say the least! he was very rude he verbally attacked me, as well as being rude and disrespectful to my lawyer! So as a word of caution to people looking to hire him, his actions and behavior are not at all what you would or expect form someone who’s supposed to be representing you!!

Unethical attorney! Beware! You will only win your case if the judge on the stand is his buddy. Things were going great till our judge was rescued and the latter clearly was not his buddy. I basically defeated myself from that point on and he took all my money and did nothing or follow through with nothing. Horrible thing to do to a single mom
