I absolutely without a doubt recommend Rocha law firm. In 2020, my husband was detained and had his residence card taken away and he was put in deportation proceedings. At that time we hired Mr. Rocha to represent him he was always very upfront and honest with us explained how the whole procedure would go what we should expect. What the possibilities were, the bad outcomes that were possible, and the good outcomes that were possible. He never made any empty promises to us. Only promised that he would work as hard as he could and he did 100%. Mr. Rocha and his staff were always willing to answer any questions and speak to my husband whenever his anxiety was taking over because of how long it took for us to get results, but Mr. Rocha also explained that it was gonna take a long time because the system was so backed up right now,. The great news is my husband’s case was dropped and he received his resident card again. We have recommended Mr. Rocha so much that he has helped other family members to obtain their residence card and possibly working on getting their citizenship. The Rocha Law firm is top-notch, and they truly do care about their clients.

I didn’t end up going with this firm just because it was a tad out of my price range. But Juan gave me AMAZING advice for free. He told me how he’d go about my case if we took him and even admitted that what I was seeking a lawyer for isn’t worth paying anyone. Instead he told me exactly what to ask the prosecutor and what steps to take. All of this for free. Most definitely calmed my nerves. Every other lawyer I was seeking advice from wanted a retainer before they’d even answer my questions. Juan did it no issues. Now going into my arrangement date I feel slightly more knowledgeable and less like my life is over. All because he has the knowledge and was willing to share it with someone who needed it. Mr. Rocha worked on my case tirelessly. He went well beyond what I had expected him to do. He was dogged in his representation of me. He fought for me at the immigration court, the court of appeals, and then the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Because of him, the immigration judge cancelled my deportation and I was able to return to my family.
