I Hired Roger G Jain and assoc for my divorce through my employer assistance program and was supposed to get a 20% discount. I think I got charged 20%+ more! I was quoted around 5K-7k for a contested divorce by Renae. Total was over 13k (a simple divorce) and Renae Mundis-Mitchum is not a good attorney. I did most of the leg work and digging on my ex. And it wasn’t even brought up in mediation. Renae recommended another attorney to my ex and he was stronger and smarter than her. Renae does not fight for you, come mediation she pretty much sat there quietly and didn’t fight for me, didn’t bring up all the wrongs my ex was doing, causing me to lose more than I should have. She’s also quite rude and sometimes have to wait days for an answer from her. Wish I had found out more about her prior to hiring her. Do not recommend.
