Omg. ? answered. Mistake was made that may help the case. NEVER MIND. Peers agree with me.

Update:
He completely ruined my case on purpose by not answering simple questions. Opposing party is loving it. Run as fast as you can. He was helping the opposition and getting me to pay for it. Complete failure. Hopefully they will lose their license to practice law soon.

WHY HIRE MARK ROSS? He has integrity, whether in dealing with opposing counsel, irrational witnesses, or billing practices. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the law, including case law to support your position, when and how to present strategic information, and crafting the best defense to get results. He is an excellent communicator, and responds quickly to emails, telephone calls, etc.

I worked with Mark for over 2 years to settle a complicated family Trust. The contentious case included 3 claims against the Trust, 2 from beneficiaries and 1 from a former caregiver. Through it all, Mark truly listened and treated me like a partner in my case.

Requests from opposing counsel, witnesses, beneficiaries, etc. were dealt with calmly and intelligently, even when those requests were redundant and outrageous. Mark’s focus never wavered, notwithstanding the creation and presentation of endless documents, court appearances, and lengthy depositions the case demanded.

I highly recommend Mark Ross as an attorney who listens, understands both sides of situations, and gets results!
