Alls we can say is WOW! What a phenomenal experience we had here. The facility was very clean, and welcoming! We were only in town visiting on military leave from Missouri. We brought our cat in, and was seen immediately, (not knowing he was a priority 1 patient). Dr. Larson was the first doctor we interacted with and although it was an emergency she ensured rascal would be taken care of! We took him in around noon on the 22nd and he was undergoing his procedure within hours and all updates were called in to us with welcoming interactions all through his 72 hours of hospitalization. All doctors that took care of Rascal did an amazing job and we can’t thank them enough for taking care of our baby boy. We would come here over and over and over again if we had to, and would make our primary vet if we were local. Nothing was kept secret, or from us, we had an estimate of Rascals potential expenses within minutes of finding out what was wrong (which gave us the ability to figure out how we would afford it) the estimate included the low and high end of the prices, so that there were no surprises. At the end of rascals time there, our price was on the lower end, as Dr. Larson had told us “more than likely we’re always closer to the lower end.” Which was an amazing relief, especially around Christmas time. Everything about Royal Vista was so welcoming, and ensuring our baby was taken care of, we even received pictures of Rascal! The fact that the techs took time out of their busy days to send us picture updates, just made everything for us that much better. This truly sets them apart, for their genuine compassion for our baby. Everything was so smooth, and the doctors were very confident, and we always had great interactions with them, even if we called a million times to check on Rascal. We were also able to visit him everyday he was there, there wasn’t a time they said they were “too busy” or even with a full waiting room they were able to get us in to see our baby boy. After we found out rascal could be discharged it was a very smooth process, the doctor on duty (can’t remember his name) was super informative and walked us through everything rascal had been through, received and been administered. Was very thorough on discharge directions, and step by step guidance on medicine giving. Rascal was discharged on Christmas, and has been back to his normal self (other than the pain meds that make him drowsy). We are so happy to have our baby boy back, and so thankful for the best veterinarians that took care of him, and probably saved his life, had we not brought him in, and their ability to take care of him. We are so thankful for royal vista and everything they did to keep our family whole! 10 out of 10 recommend, and would bring every single one of our six animals there again, if need be! Thanks again for everything. EVERYTHING and every encounter we had here was SPOT ON. One last time Thank you to the entire team for providing such outstanding care for our beloved pet!

Our puppy got into a pin cushion and it was very scary! Royal Vista was amazing! My Sister in law called, they had us bring her right in and straight back to a room. They took such good care of her, communicated so well with us and got the needle that was stuck in her throat out 🥴 We knew Mazie was in good hands with the staff there… We can’t thank them enough for the great care of our fur baby!

I am so grateful to Royal VIsta. They were so attentive and was able to do same day surgery for my pup who had a dislocated hip and needed a FHO urgently. I was impressed with everyone I met and felt the vets were so dedicated to their patients and the families. I highly recommend this vet hospital.

I needed late night help with my Frenchton after a seizure event and the staff at Royal Vista were awesome. They got me registered on the phone before driving in and were very quick to assess my dog and help me eliminate concerns upon arrival.

The veterinarian took the time to talk with me about concerns, issues and questions that I had and recommended a course of action and further steps, should I encounter more problems.

I would definitely take my dog to see these folks again!

The staff was so amazing and kind. I had to take my sister's kitty in while my sister was away on a trip and they took such great care of the little one!! They explained things so well to us and let me video time my sister who was so upset and worried not being here. One of the desk ladies made me feel a lot better by brightening up my night with jokes and really made me feel like a friend. They got the kitten in so quick, and got everything done so fast!! It was on New Years so it was a great night to be at a vet😂. I'd trust these guys with my pets more than anyone else!! They're probably the friendliest and best staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!! The kitty Persephone thanks you🙏!!

Royal Vista was recommended to us by All Points West GSP Rescue. When our 1 yr old puppy Billie had an internal bleeding emergency after surgery with the regular vet, the rescue suggested RV first. We sped up there and Andrea Golden, one of the vet techs, immediately ran out to carry Billie into the E.R. She was our favorite tech/staff member that we interacted with during our several hours there, however everyone in this facility was absolutely top notch. Andrea was detailed during check-out and patient when answering our questions. She also had a great personality & sense of humor!

We only spent maybe 5 or 10 minutes with Dr. Cashin, but he answered our questions and did not rush us. He was thorough on explaining his role and what the worst case scenario would be if we needed to transport our dog to another facility for surgery.
The office was very busy that evening (Fri, 2/14/25) with all sorts of canine emergencies, so it made sense that we mainly interacted with the techs and front desk staff.

A big shout out to Rey, Stephanie and Teresa. As front desk staff they were always available by phone or walk-up. They were friendly to talk with and knowledgeable.

Reece was another vet tech who was actually the first person that saw us after intake. He was confident, friendly, made eye contact and thorough in explaining what they were doing with Billie. He even allowed us to come back and say good-bye to her for a couple hours while they worked on her! He was also the person to take the calls from our primary care vet.

All in all we would 100% choose Royal Vista again. We will definitely use them for any other vet emergencies or specialty services we need. RV has also been wonderful in taking my calls after we were discharged anytime I had questions. Rey & Dr. Cashin were very prompt and helpful when I called in with concerns.

The staff at Royal Vista saved my rescues life, a 7 week old puppy that was rushed in extremely lethargic, with one lung and absolute mess, I didn’t think she was going to make it. Within 24 hours the pup was just almost back to normal. I brought in the rest of the litter and the staff again was great. They were informative and let me ask any questions that I had. I’d feel safe taking my pets here and I’d recommend it to my family and friends.

Super grateful for the amazing care our Golden Retriever Milo received recently during his surgery and recovery for a small intestine obstruction! Dr. Hazenfield did an incredible job with his surgery and the staff took great care of Milo and sent us text messages with photo updates during his stay. They made a scary situation so much better through their kindness and great service. Would 1000% recommend them for anyone needing emergency services for their pets!
