Samantha is the absolute best!! I hired Samantha in 2015 for a child custody case in Jefferson county. At first I couldn’t really tell if she was going to be tough enough to meet my needs and take on my ex-wife, but boy was I wrong! She’s a tiger in a sweet lamb’s body. She’s so sweet but direct when in comes to trial! We’ve been through 3 custody / child support cases and one recent case for my business and we’ve won them all! Don't wait, call Samantha (especially for divorce and custody). I had an attorney and was getting zero results. At first, I didn't want to pay the fee for a consultation with Samantha, but to this day it's probably the best money I've ever spent. She hit the plaintiff hard and fast and didn't stop working until the case closed. I have referred friends to her who also had an attorney and they had missed court dates. If you have a custody case, she is your best bet. She will fight for you.

Samantha was our attorney in 2012 and again in 2014. We only regret that we did not find her sooner! My husband had signed for items in his divorce decree that were wrong, not the "norm" and most hurtful, under false information. We had 2 male attorneys (2005 and 2010) previous that took our money with empty promises knowing this needed to go before a judge, but when it came time, they bailed. Samantha is a fighter for her clients. Especially, when she feels they are wronged. It was out of my budget to say the least, but well worth it, even late in the game as we were by then. I was a desperate man and signed the worst divorce agreement ever written in exchange for a chance to save my marriage.
