Mobile notary closings beware: we were told to hand the keys over to the buyers on 3 Sept and funds would come through on 4 Sept. Buyers have keys and access to the house and we have no funds...and won’t have it until 8 Sept!! How does buyers get keys without the sellers getting funds?! I’m no expert to the selling process but this was totally mishandled and the comments about timing are not accurate. I spoke to Sherri multiple times about the process and she assured me everything would be ok. As sellers, we are not happy with the processing of our loan. **Edited: Make sure customers have all of the information in regards to options available so that they can choose for themselves what they would prefer and not that of the law firm. Additionally, customers need to know immediately if prenegotiated timetables change. This is the most considerate thing to do.
