I can't express my thanks enough to Russell Marlowe and his staff for the work they did for me on my divorce. I had waited several years to finally file for divorce for a couple of reasons: 1. My anxiety over the process had me believing this would be a long, drawn out process that I dreaded going through. 2. I had no way to locate my ex and I thought that would be a huge issue. I had a consultation with this attorney. He was very arrogant and told me he didn't want to take any cases where he couldn't attend hearings remotely. That it was illegal for the police to have me surveille my daughter's father as part of a criminal case, followed by telling me he didn't actually know what the criminal law codes were despite me asking his paralegal before the consultation if he could handle my type of case. Then rather than admit he couldn't handle my case and was to lazy to handle a case where the client was disabled and may need in person hearing due to an auditory issue he told e it was because he doesn't practice in my county? The county his paralegal was also aware of before the consultation. I'm actually planning on making a complaint to the florida bar because taking a payment for a consultation in a jurisdiction you know you won't practice in seems like fraud to me

Russell Marlowe is by far one of the most experienced and professional attorneys you can choose. His and his staff's communication and diligence are by far the best. My sister is an attorney specializing in a different field, and amongst her colleagues, Russell is who was recommended the most. Russell did save me quite a bit on my settlement agreement, and lets be honest, that is a huge factor in any case. Experience is key, and he has it. I hope I never need his services in the future, but I would not hesitate to use him again.

I did not have any worries and they worked immediately, we set an appointment to get signatures for a notarized lady bird deed, which saved us a lot of money and time, and even had the deed recorded for us.

Everyone else was charging around the same if not more with notaries.
