Our company and personal accounts were drained by a fraudster who impersonated our bank (one of the largest), and also hacked into our cellphone and all of our bank account information. The bank denied all responsibility even after we documented the fraud. Reports were filed with the police, FBI, CFPB, OCC - but to no avail. I spoke to over a dozen California attorneys over a six month period, none of whom were willing to take our case and tangle with our bank, nor did they understand the nuances between ETFs and wire transfers. Julie Bonnel-Rogers was familiar with this type of fraud, but warned us that it would be an uphill struggle. We engaged with her firm (SAC Attorneys), and Julie went to work. The initial research and demand letters she sent to the bank must have hit a nerve, and the bank refunded all of our money before we even filed our lawsuit. I recommend Julie and her firm very highly, not only for her success but also the careful and honorable approach she took as my wife and I went through nine months of financial distress.

Website literally says Attorneys for Investment Fraud and Civil Litigation. However when I called they said they only represent corporation and not investors. Might want to update your website and maybe work on your phone practices so it doesn’t sound like I’m speaking with a teenager in their bed who was woken by my call at 10am
