Someone needs to file a class action lawsuit for unethical business practices by these people. This department is obsessed with charging late fees and penalties and DO NOT do their job

They do not send the business license renewal in the mail and say it’s the responsibility of the business owner to come in and renew it without any notice.

Have you ever heard of a city not sending a renewal notice?! I’ve owned my business in San Gabriel for 8 years now and every year they claim they sent it but never did so they can charge late fees and penalties and I have to go in to pay it and they throw late fees and penalties.

Julie’s goal is to find a way to charge you for late fees and penalties. She knows you have no other option but to pay it. I tell her I didn’t get the notice, she tells me I did!! I ask for proof and of course there is none.

Please someone do something, they are taking advantage of all the business owners in San Gabriel
