I was a victim of a fraudulent PFA against my own child. I didn’t know where to turn, but I thank god every day that I chose Matt Schimizzi. He provided us with great insight and gave us reasonable expectations.

He is a true shark in the courtroom and he is the sole reason that I still have a great relationship with my daughter. For lack of better words, he easily mopped the floor with the competition. If you are in need of an attorney, this guy is the absolute best in the area.

You never want to need a lawyer, but if you are in a predicament where you need one Matthew is definitely one of the best. I had a previous lawyer who wasn’t effective in communicating with me, so I had to do my own research on finding the best solution to my situation. At this point I decided I needed a better lawyer, and that’s when I found Matt. One of the best things about Matt is the way he communicates with you; he slows down everything to make sure you understand what is going on, what all of your options are, and he illustrates the bigger picture to show you what your best option is. I live in a different time zone, so he worked to overcome the time difference and even spoke to me after hours a few times. If I had stayed with my previous lawyer I don’t know where my case would be right now, but thanks to Matt I believe he achieved the best possible outcome. Beyond his professional capabilities, he is a genuine good person who takes the time to get to know you. He never makes you feel like just a case number.

I have tried to contact Matt Schimizzi multiple times, and left several messages on his voicemail as well with the receptionist, but never received a call back. Customer service is absolutely horrible to say the least!!

After doing my research on attorneys I chose Matthew Schimizzi to represent me.
Not only was he knowledgeable, he was kind, truthful and genuine.
I think it’s so important to have an attorney that has all these qualities. He reviewed all the costs and was available anytime I had a question, whether through an email or by phone.
I would certainly recommend him without hesitation.
