If I could give 0 stars I would.
I have been in a constant back and forth over my insurance with them for MONTHS now. I have had this office fax and send in all my paperwork for me but I continue to be denied my insurance and when I have went in to ask for help I'm met with blank stares. At one point I asked for someone else that knew more about what was going on and the lady that came out acted very rude and almost hostile. She interrupted me when I talked and acted like I was a burden for being there.
I am somewhat sickly and NEED my insurance so their lack of help has hindered my ability to get that help. Ive had to call the office in Madison and THAT office has been working to fix my insurance instead.
The whole office needs a re haul and higher-ups to come in and see how the people are treated in this office. I will be avoiding this office in the future because of the way I was treated.

Employees we're all very well mannered respectful and helpful. They were all very informative as much as I could be and being asked a question that they were not sure of the answer they weren't hesitant about going to find that answer out by asking their supervisor or manager which is always a good quality to have it never hurts to ask.

Fast friendly service when you are in need. I felt no judgement. However, it is unrealistic to not account for bills that have to be paid or taking the gross over how much money one actually gets back after taxes. That is not this agencies fault of course, but Indiana itself.

Same place where you get hip insurance and they took mine away because I didn't see the notice about sending in pay stubs. I really don't think that's a good reason to ruin someone. I have a.d.d and I'm not just using that lightly like alot of people do, I really do have trouble focusing on things that I need to do. Nobody to help. Sorry, just a little salty. They can have their food stamps.
