If I could have I would Have rateD them a zero! When you were able (before the covid) to walk in and pay the bill, I walked in wait 10 minutes no interaction with any of the employees there which were 2: terrible customer service; although polite but no concern they left me standing there for so long, it was mid afternoon and I was the only customer in the facility for 15 minutes I was there. After I spoke and said excuse me I have been standing here for 10 minutes and lady oh I’m finishing up something, yes but there are 2 of you and I’m the only customer in here. Anywho, not only that, but she said your only allowed to pay with cash or go online. I don’t have a wAy to pay on line so I’ll pay cash she said then just leave your money and bill I’ll enter it after I’m done. I hesitated but did So since I had to get to work and low behold entered $10 less then what I paid. I didn’t notice for 2 months bc I didn’t receive a bill for 2 months bc I paid over the amount of my bill. Knowing I had no way to prove it didn’t give it another thought. Then once the covid hit you can only Pay your Bill with cash in box in their provided envelope or pay online well again since that’s not an option I had to leave my cash in the envelope bc your unable to go in and pay your bill. So I paid w cash and left in envelope that was provided outside the department. Since I had prior issue; I knew that I needed to be able to prove so I videoed my money I was paying along with walking up paying as put money in envelope and dropped in drop box well 4 months later got bill w outstanding balance with money I already paid. I immediately called Explaining not only do I have the outstanding balance for money I already paid and over paid bc I never want a balance on acct but I could prove it and yet the lady was nice but wldnt hear of doing an investigation nor wld accept they have a thief working among them! Even though I had proof. I always pay at least $20 more than my bill amount so no way I could be behind. Anyway my point is don’t pay cash; get a money order and although my bill not that much money but there is a thief among this staff. 2 times it happened so I no longer trust them And surely there are cameras but no investigation happened although I requested one! Be aware!!!

Poor service. Can only pay by cash or Check, no online payment service and when you go in to pay they close from noon-1 and that’s when most people can leave their jobs to go run errands and pay bills. I have called over the phone before asking if I could make a payment over the phone due to not being able to leave my job to “physically” hand them a payment and guess what, “sorry we don’t take payments over the phone.” Oh, by the way, they have completely redone the inside of the office but when asked why they couldn’t use that money to make an online payment service for their customers they are silent...Seems like fishy activity there especially when they mainly want cash payments 🤔

If I could rate this company a zero, I would. It’s a joke. This water “company” only accepts cash or a check in the mail and had no sense of convenience or modernization. They can use tax payer money to remodel their building top to bottom, but can’t take 30 minutes of their time to set up a phone number or online account to pay the bill. If you want to pay a bill, you have to take cash between 8-12 or 1-4 or your water gets disconnected without ANY notice what so ever. If you work a 9-5, good luck paying your water bill. Absolutely worthless.

This company is terrible. My bill was $40 and they disconnected my water without any notice; no letter, phone call, email, anything. They then charged me another $40 to reconnect my water even though they shut if off irrationally. If you want to pay your bill, you have to take Cash or Mail a check. They do not accept any electronic payment, phone payment or any other convenience. They use tax payer money to remodel their facilities, but refuse to provide convenience or assistance to any of their customers. It's 2019, get with the program.

We moved out our apartment at the end of May (19) and was told it could take up to 45 days to get our deposit money back. It is now the end of Sept (19) and I have received no money back. I have called several times and have been told that their clerk needs to issue checks and she is behind. Horrible company to work with.

Just started with them, and they took care of starting my service in one minute! I liked it. Hopefully the bill is reasonable and online payment would go well.

The websites that pop up to view or pay bills is worthless. The phone number gets you a useless message. If
i didn't have to work an hour away
i would just walk in, oops, can't do that either!

The people in the office are very pleasant and payments are now accepted online at paygov.us - paying utility under Town of Seelyville
