We engaged with Senior Solutions in 2016 to apply for VA Benefits for my father, estate planning and applying for Medicaid for both of my parents. It was a lot of work up front gathering documents and getting everything put in place. But Matt and Wes knew exactly what was needed and assisted in navigating those complex processes and were instrumental in successfully achieving all the goals we set out to do. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to figure out the forms and process to do that on my own. The peace of mind for both my parents and my family was immense knowing they had financial security in their final years! Both my parents have since passed and because of the pre-planning, there was very little I had to do as executor except mourn the loss of my parents as they passed. It's now 2024, and I'm closing out my mother's estate and Matt and Wes are still engaged and assisting with this process!

They protected his assets; got him qualified for benefits; walked us through the process and navigated the way for him to enter assisted living and eventually to move to Medicaid and a nursing home. From the bottom of my heart I'd like to thank the whole staff at Senior Solutions Consulting, Inc in Indianapolis! From Wesley Young, Matthew Albean, Bridgett, Vickie and Amy. Everyone of these staff members were professional, caring, hard working, easy to talk with, understanding and honestly like family! Over the last two years my gorgeous and sweet mother's Dementia worsened. Dementia itself is an absolutely horrible and sad disease. However my mother who recently passed away was my best friend and my truth!

After having to sale my mothers house to pay for her expensive care. I was able to place my mother in a private pay Memory Care Facility. For 13 months or so my mother had the best care. My daughter and I would visit her 6 to 7 days a week. Where we had a chance to show her lots of love and create more memories. Eventually the money from the house sale was gone.

I was charged $4000.00 dollars for services which Senior Solutions Consulting never completed. I was advised that their "time" was valuable. Apparently, my time, income and my Mother's income means nothing to them. It's hard to believe that a company can be allowed to charge this type of fee and never complete the contractual agreement. I repeatedly called, emailed and left messages and was reassured that the application I had contracted Senior Solutions Consulting to complete would be handled. Four months after signing the contract, I learned that Senior Solutions Consulting had allowed the application to lapse and it had been canceled. I had to hire another firm to complete. This company took advantage of me while I was most vulnerable, struggling to secure placement for my Mother in memory care.
