Everything started out well, but turned into a clown show at the end. Mr. Rossetti told us to do certain things that would “absolutely” protect us and he lied. He said another lawyer was using “boiler plate language” but when we had a third lawyer look at it, it was not boiler plate language. So he lied again. Mr. Rossetti also thought that making snide comments during the worst time of our life was appropriate. We hired Rossetti because we wanted someone professional, out of market and who would help us. He literally charged us thousands of dollars for just forwarding emails and we had to do the actual work. Rossetti is not a legal “counselor,” just another money hungry lawyer with way too big of an ego for his level of performance.
