Stay far away from this law firm. They were quick to take my money but have so far failed to live up to their end of the deal.

They were hired to assist with an immigration case, and everything seemed great until right after I paid them. They promised to send a contract several times, but have not done so yet (it's been over 2 months). They also refuse to answer when asked if they have a tracking number for the package they supposedly sent to USCIS. I have been attempting to get in touch with Susana, the paralegal my wife and I worked with, or John Serrano since May 15, but no one is returning my calls, texts, or emails. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Do not trust this shoddy firm with your money, time, or legal issues.

I had a pretty terrible experience about a year ago with a “bad apple” within the firm and recently posted a brutal review about it.

I set up an initial consultation with an attorney at this firm about a year ago for an immigration case and upon arriving to my appointment, the paralegal told me the attorney was unavailable to meet and it was either meeting with her, Susan, or rescheduling. After the appointment with little information, I never got a call back regarding my case, and when following up, she told me that the immigration offices were closed and not processing anything because of COVID-19. Not sure why my ignorance at the time allowed me to take legal advice from someone not legally permitted nor qualified, but I learned and it worked out for the best.

The experience sucked, yes and it kept me bitter as I would drive by the firm & remember the situation. It’s not something you’d expect from a reputable law firm, but what came as a surprised was the initiative & willingness from Mr. Serrano to make it right. He reached out to me, after a year, and was open to having a discussion about my negative experience.

I paid cash and didn’t think I could get a refund but he offered to mail me a check for the fee that I paid since the service was not provided. I find it truly commendable of Mr. Serrano reaching out and willing to make it right.

He is the worse lawyer anyone can get. He will take your money and won’t do anything towards your case. My sister in law hired him to help her with a family case that he did not help or look like he want help. He never picked up you phone calls or he don’t know the answer of anything you asked him. Please I recommend you not to go to him. He will take your money and not work in your case and there is nothing you can do about it

This lawyer will stab you in the back. This lawyer will steal your money and don’t do anything about your case. I hired him to help me out for a criminal case. He took 3500 dollar for my case and after that he did not answer my phone calls, he went on vacation, I asked him about the case and he never had an answer. He want to keep switching court day and don’t do anything about it. I tried to fired him so I can get me another lawyer and he won’t leave my case alone, is not like he actually doing something good toward my case is the opposite. I don’t even know what else to do. For him to stop coming to court.

Well let me tell you that this is not a fake review, i have known john for over 6 years and he have represented me for a fall injury,disability case and other stuff he has helped me in so he a ACE lawyer (5 🌟) I see a lot of reviews on here with a 1 star but they are not responding back to john when he said he has not represented them so you know they are fake reviews. John thanks for all the help you have giving me.
