Zero Stars. I'm in the middle of a horrible experience with this service. I paid for a service that has not been fulfilled, and now an important legal matter (my divorce) is in jeopardy. I am truly shocked at how unprofessional and inept this company is.

Prior to submitting payment and committing to using serveable, my interactions with customer service were helpful and made me feel comfortable that the service was legitimate and capable. After submitting payment and committing to a 5-10 day service on 6/2, it was as if the company lost all interest in performing the service they were paid for.

Beginning last week, I called and emailed serveable multiple times to try to get an update on my service. Starting this Monday (6/12), I called serveable every day, several times throughout the day to push my service through. I choose a 5 to 10 day service because that would give ample time for my ex-husband to be served before my 6/17 deadline. He was finally served on 6/12, but now I have been unable to receive the affidavit of service. The last representative I spoke to said that "server isn't answering his phone" but I should "rest assured" that I will receive an affidavit of service by EOD today, ONE DAY BEFORE MY COURT DEADLINE and days after the promised service time.

This company has been so shockingly inept that several times throughout this process I've asked myself, "Am I being scammed? Is this actually a real company?"

I'm outraged and disgusted. PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SERVER for your service needs.

Update: I just received the below email from an employee from the company. I am actually in shock. Everything that I thought about how unprofessional this business is has been confirmed completely:

Thank you for your feedback. We have just tried to contact you to learn more about your experience but were refused more information and were told vaguely that we have "poor business practices" and are "inept". You just kept stating quite arrogantly that you "ran a school" which we do not see how that could be at all relevant to the service of process that you ordered.

As it stands currently, we would ask that you patiently wait for your affidavit of service which will be provided to you once it's been signed and notarized and scanned back to us for compliance. This is always done in the order they are received and will be ready between either today or tomorrow. Once it is ready it will be emailed to you.

In regards to the above email it sounds like you were upset that you had to call us for status? Is that it? I am not clear? Did someone not answer your call or email? Did we not provide you with status? Are you under the assumption that process servers generate affidavits from the location that they serve and have notary publics in their cars with them to sign and send affidavits. Are you telling us that you run a school and that's how you would run a company that serves important legal documents by having us hastily create affidavits to send important clients that run law firms, fortune 500 companies and government agencies? That you would put no measure into place to review the affidavits that the process server is signing. All of this is not making sense and we wish you would have been more clear when we tried to call you but in any event your affidavit is pending notarization and will be forwarded to you once it is received. Please feel free to provide more clearer feedback so that we can try to do better in the future.

I called on a Friday to have a woman in Missouri who happened to be showing a dog in Texas served and they were at the show site within minutes of my being able to provide the new summons. They proceeded to find her hotel and then did a stakeout for four hours until I called it off preferring to wait until the show when I knew she would be there. The processor server arrived at the show site and was able to serve the woman without complication. This company is first rate in my book as I was told by family and friends that the defendant was ‘impossible’ to serve as she is skilled at evading service. No other company has successfully served the defendant. I am grateful beyond measure for the quick and successful service on this matter.
