Three ServPro technicians arrived shortly after 9 am in two company vehicles. Some preliminary paperwork was signed to authorize the work and verify that the HVAC unit was operational. Plastic covering was used to cover furniture and flooring before fourteen ceiling vents were removed and cleaned. Then the ductwork and HVAC unit were scrubbed, vacuumed and deodorized. All of the cleaned vents were reinstalled. After about three hours and fifteen minutes, the cleaning was completed and the house smelled much better. The technicians were very polite and answered several questions asked about the cleaning process from start to finish. My wife and I were very satisfied with the cleaning outcome. 👍👍

I waited to make this review only because I don’t like to be negative but I will always tell the truth. So the reason why I gave a three is only because of the guys that had to come to our home to tear everything out. I had a lot of water damage in my home that I just purchased. A LOT!! So the team that came in was amazing. I can’t remember the head man name, I gotta find out because he was so awesome. Very patient, answered all my many questions, very nice and understanding! The adjuster that came in to see how much was to be paid for the job has stuff on there I felt like wasn’t needed but I was going to go ahead and proceed. Now after everything was torn out, carpet pulled up it honestly was over 20 thousand dollars damaged. My insurance paid a chunk and we had to pay out of pocket a hefty bit. Now when it was time to replace walls, do carpet, everything that had to be redone one of the owners came and his team to do that part. My first mistake was letting him talk me into signing the insurance check over. I should’ve waited and did it in portions. Things that was said that needed to be done or replaced was NOT!! He was very rude because I kept asking questions and it seemed he got very annoyed. When I pointed out things that wasn’t done or properly done he seemed very irritated. I have a list of things that wasn’t done but we were charged for it. The carpet that was lifted during the water damaged we had them to return to fix but it’s so lumpy now. My husband had to glue the front part down hisself. It’s still vents that they never put back that we have to do ourself. A lot of the things we were charged for never was done but yet they received all of their money. Once I signed the check over to the guy that said he was one of the owners it’s like “ we got the money so it’s whatever” type of attitude. And we’ve called several times for a list of things that was done and what wasn’t and have been refused to give every time. But I still have the list that the adjuster gave that does not match up with what was done! We’ve had ppl to come out and fix some things they said they did. It’s so sad how ppl do other ppl. It really is. And no I would not use them again. Now the first crew that came that had to dry everything out was truly amazing but after them that “owner crew” NEVER!!! I was really sad and felt diminished at how he spoke to me honestly. And like I said once I signed that check over it was a rap. Everything except the living room wall that had to be replaced was half way done. The ppl that had to come and replace that wall was amazing as well. I met and talked with them and they were super sweet. So nice and they did a AWESOME AWESOME job
