So called and made an appointment and got a no call/no show. So, I had to call the next day to see what’s going on and was told it was an emergency that had happened, ok totally get that. So gave him a chance to make it right said he’ll be there later that evening or he’ll try to come Saturday morning instead. Well, no call and no show again. Called again Monday and was told that I’ll be receiving a phone call. Still haven’t heard a thing and it’s been a week.

Horrible service ! Shoddy work. Unreliable workers, both on the job and the office. The work took forever to complete. Even then, it was unsatisfactory. We will have to redo some of the work - the "contracted" worker did not know what he was doing. He "unknownowingly" installed NONfireproof ceiling panels in the garage. Yes, definitely against code! WE caught the error. Gaps in the dry wall panels. Clogged garage drain due to their "contracted" worker sweeping the insulation and dry wall pieces down the drain! OUR downstairs ended up flooding due to the blockage from debris.
Of course, their response was, "You will have to give us proof that it was due to the debri swept down the drain." Some of the paneling and insulation was still visible! They told us we would have to hire a plummer to snake the line and see if any of the debris was in the line. Of course, all these extra "glitches," and there were many, they refused to take care of. They "lost" the inventory list of the damaged items that they took with them for cleaning/restoration and the items they threw in the dumpster ! 😥 That was another ordeal, being that the insurance company required the list to compensate us for the loss. The huge metal storage container for the larger items left divets and cracks in the driveway.
That happened because it sat so long, through summer, winter, and the next spring! That huge , ugly, rusted storage container sat there so long that the neighbors were complaining. The agreement with SERPRO was that they would store the items off location to be restored/cleaned. Neither happened. No communication of any sort. A truck would randomly show up with 3-4 rough, shady guys - no announcement or prior call. They lingered for a short while, in and out of the garage a few times- half an hour later, they are gone for yet another day.
Good luck getting ahold of anyone at the office. They have such a high turnover rate with employees, causing chaos in planning, following through, keeping track of records, agreements, follow-ups, etc.
They hire outside people for some of the work. This one had his own full-time job, only working on ours. "When he has the time." 🫤 That was relayed to us from their office manager, as the reason it was taking so long to complete that phase of the project. He ruined the job, which had to be torn out and started anew! The input from an actual contractor was that particular job, which should have only taken 5 days tops, took months!!
It was a nightmare! No happy ending.
Not under ANY circumstances would I hire SERVPRO to do ANY work for us EVER again. Unreliable, dishonest, flippant disposition, unprofessional.

James and Nick were the best! We had water damage in our kitchen. I was a nervous mess. James and Nick came in, put us at total peace and were absolutely professional. They were a blessing in the middle of a very stressful situation. 💯 recommend them to others. Thank you James and Nick!

We experienced water damage in our basement and called ServPro for help. They came the same day and assessed the damage, told us what they would do and started within the hour to clean up the water. They checked back daily for at least 2 weeks to see how things were progressing and gave us updates each time. Dan was also a huge help with contacting the insurance company and contacting us to keep us in the loop.

Once the water was cleaned up, their team came and discussed repairs; again Dan was instrumental in keeping in touch with us and the insurance company. Once the work started, Allex kept in touch to let us know when they would be in our building to work on restoration. She also worked with us to make sure they used colors and materials we were happy with. Once the work was completed they moved the display cases back in place for us as well. The final result was beautiful! As advertised, it was just like it never happened.

The guys that came to my home were absolutely fantastic. They were so friendly and respectful. They got here in 2 hours from my first call. They went straight to work sucking up all the water. James ( the team leader) is a hard worker and a great delegater. He knew what needed to be done and told Jimmy and Nick exactly what to do.
