Top Notch Law Firm! I was overwhelmed with a matter that required immediate attention and did not know who to go to. I need to start off by explaining that Sessums Law Group didn’t start the divorce process with me, but they sure finished it with 5-stars. I interviewed 5 different attorneys (paid each for their initial consultation) and hired an attorney that had a high AVVO score, good references, sounded good at the interview but absolutely did not live up to anything. That’s a separate story that I will address in his review. I am so glad that I made the change to Sessums.
Sessums Law Group really is a team. Mark leads the team but the other members that I interacted with were really awesome. Everyone was knowledgeable, experienced, contributed greatly, professional, patient & understanding with me and just generally great people to work with! Mark will have you as involved in the process as you want. I do want to be involved and because of that I felt that I was part of the team.
I had heard a little about Mark and his name came up in an interview with a different attorney. That attorney responded that if you want a “scorched earth” guy then Mark is your guy. That’s because Mark can be very aggressive; but when he needs to be. That is exactly who I want defending me! But beyond that is the legal knowledge combined and organizational skills combined with a meticulous attention to detail.
I believe that Mark is a very busy person, but it really is amazing how short his response time is. He seems to check emails almost 7-24 and immediately responds. If I call him and he’s occupied, then I can be almost guaranteed (99%) that I’ll get a call back before the end of business (or later if that’s ok with me). I would not want Mark on the other side of the table from me!
I have to include one negative and it’s not about Sessums but about a forensic accountant consultant named CBIZ. I feel that they greatly overcharged me and then reluctantly reduced the charge by a small percentage.
Bottom line – Definitely hire Sessums.
