I have mold mildew and a mold report, my apartment failed 3 inspections due to no heat, no water and leaking windows. I was robbed by security and have it on camera, Bedbugs and Rats and I paid out of pocket for an exterminator and my mold report. The Inspector told me to sue and so did our leasing manager who quit because of the negligence. The final straw was when I fell on the metal spikes because they removed our front gate and left metal spikes and holes. I have the Dr. bill of $2314.00 I posted a few pictures of my leaking ceiling that contributed to the mold. The others are too graphic
His secretary said she's not interested in this case but gave no explanation why. She was distracted on the phone and basically hung up on me once she heard I was Black.
The reviews here on Google are nothing like the nightmare I experienced and If I didn't email or call them 50+ times there'd be no contact at all.
How pathetic. And I had some crazy stalker that robbed me because he said he was the Amazon Delivery guy when in reality he was stealing my packages left by mMy Advice is to hire.
