2nd firm i called and actually got a response from. Great communication and fantastic to work with. With a little time and patience (at least for my case) we were able to negotiate and got me a settlement i am very happy with. I called this office over 8 times every time they took all the information and they told me we gunna call you back in 24-48 hr after month i called back i told them you guys told me were going to call back about the case so the guys told me oh we can’t take you’re case after a month of waiting i missed the court date, unbelievable if i can give them a zero star i will

I can’t reply to your comment so I edited the review. I didn’t recieve any emails, and if you said you sent an email how come when I called the 2nd 3rd 4th time why did you keep taking my information, you keep saying you were guna call me back within 24/48hours and never received that call.

My advise if you ever need an attorney do not use Jeff Shaw or Shaw Law Office. It has been a waste of my time, he has failed to do anything in the past year, has repeatedly asked me the same questions without seeming to understand the answers or facts related to the case, and has repeatedly lied to me about what he was doing, when he would do it, and then who was actually doing it. He failed to maintain communication, i had to always be the one to contact him after weeks and months of hearing nothing. He would tell me he was going to file the suit soon, or was filing by the end of the week... but never filed a single thing. I never saw a single piece of work product, pleading, and not even a demand letter sent. After contacting the managing Firm (Ken Nunn) last week, they initially partnered with Mr Shaw on my case, I asked to have Mr Shaw removed from my case (I fired him) - Mr Shaw emails this week saying he wants to be removed... he was already fired. With a statute of limitations in injury cases it was very detrimental to have Mr Shaw waste a year of my time. 🤬

This is not a baseless review, it's factual. And I have the emails to support everything I have said. You did in fact accept this case, we have signed agreements to reflect such. You did in fact fail to communicate. You did in fact state you would file "soon", than after 3 months still had done nothing, againyou said it wouod be filed soon, again after a few weeks still nothing was filed. On August 8th YOU stated in an email you would file by the end of the week and instructed your son to make it a "top priority", you and your son did nothing, never filed a single thing ~ not even a demand letter. Your final email sites you are short on staff and could not afford to handle my case. These are things you should have mentioned a year ago when you accepted my case. Wasting a year of my valuable time doing nothing, while your "investigation" of a case should never have taken a year! And I never recieved or was provided with even 1 single document, pleading, letter, or any other work product in the past year... that's a fact!

Therefore my honest, accurate, and well founded review based on my personal experience with you and your law firm will remain as posted.
