Tom does not accept home warranties. He partially unclogged a bathtub drain that cost me $225 out of pocket--on top of the $1800 I spent on a home warranty. He literally said it isn't his fault he doesn't accept home warranties--but he sure didn't mind gouging me over it. He also doesn't carry any change, and literally made me overpay him. Being a disabled veteran who uses USAA, I don't have any bank checks. It's also the 21st century! Now I'm out $225 PLUS dollars, and I had to fix the damned problem myself. My advice: Find someone in Burney who accepts home warranties--or start up a business that does--AND PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.

Had clogged kitchen sink. Tom came on a Saturday! Worked hard solved the problem was reasonable cost. Will work with him in future when we remodel our kitchen. Highly recommend. really saved us. Thanks Tom.
