I had twin boys in 2018, got their paternity test done in 2018. Ended up having a court date in 2020 in which they said only one of my boys had a paternity test done....BUT THEY WERE DONE TOGETHER IN THE OFFICE, mine and theirs. They ended up closing my case for no specific reason. They punished me for doing everything I was supposed to do by closing my case but the dad roams free with no consequences....and he still doesn't have to pay anything. This place is a damn joke.

Its not in the best interest of the child. It's all a money scam. They are a 3rd party company working with the feds to "enforce child support". Learn your rights and fight back with these crooks

This location is no longer being used. It only has two locations. I have no idea why they have not requested this location to be removed from Google maps.

The hold wasn’t too long and the young lady on the phone was nice. quick and professional…. The first one was years ago and it was true at the time.

Well I have to change this review now. I have been on hold for 38 min with the same msg playing and it sounding like someone is picking up only for it to be the same message. I am sure there is more information that you can give people than the same message. You have someone’s attention for a hour listening waiting and wondering if you will answer the phone and then u don’t. They say you can get a call back but it’s never received. Come on people it doesn’t take almost an hour to answer the phone. It’s 2:45 pm . Now it’s over an hour later and I am still on hold so it’s been 2 hours and 26 minutes. No one is this busy. This one is on 8/6/24

My husband and I have been married for close to a decade now and have been trying to get our child support case closed for just as long. We spend hours on hold, just to be hung up on. In the rare times we do speak to humans, they tell me that I shouldn't have married someone who owed child support. Huh?! The child support is being taken from our jointly filed taxes, held onto for six months, and then given back to US! We don't even live in Tennessee anymore. Plus, they have sent us two letters advising us that they'll be scheduling a court date to get our case closed but never schedule the court date. We've sent our marriage license several times during our marriage. They give us a number to call in Nashville, and the people in Nashville berate us for calling them instead of Shelby County. It's ridiculous!

This is a completely worthless organization that does nothing but waste time!! I been trying to get a court date for over a year now and they still can't host go ee a court date, the father is on the birth certificate however that's not good enough for them! They give these dues every chance to get away Scott free while the person who actually takes care of the child will get NOTHING!?!! NOTHING AT ALL I CANT EVEN GET A CALL FROM MY SO CALLED CASEWORKER THIS PLAC IS LITERALLY A JOKE

I doubt this review will change ANYTHING. But I’ve been given the runaround for months. I was told they’ve completely entered everything wrong in the system for my info and I’m not allowed to change it over the phone. I don’t live there now. Mind you. This is after months of calling there that I finally got that response. Most of the people working here are rude and downright nasty before you even say anything. Must be a way to take legal matters against the willful negligence. We are trying to care for our children. The open on second and fourth Saturdays is a LIE. Don’t waste your weekend! Sad!

Why cant ppl do their jobs, I am over a person case and the child receive ssi from the father and the case has been on hold for over a year and they release funds that do not suppose to go to the other parents. But they keep saying waiting on a court date.
This palace and the ppl who words there is terrible. I see why they are firing everyone. How you not taking care of business.
