I just wanted to post and hear. How wonderful is and helpful?They are at the shipping depot. They go above and beyond what they probably need to do, but they do it because they love the people. As a handicap female, I have taken things in there and yeah, they have helped me.
Without any problems. They even open a door for me to come in. Even after my physical therapy, they
Automatically, no, I'm going to be there after physical therapy, and they wait for me. Now, I know that i'm gonna come in and say hello, even if I don't have to ship anything. Stopped today. Gentleman greeted us and got our shipment ready in about one minute. Then we were out the door. Very helpful!

I would NOT recommend using this place they are a scam. I received a return label from my work from ups that was paid for. When I tried to drop it off they told me I had to pay to drop it off when they are an authorized UPS drop off point. So they are charging you for sudden they are not supposed to. That is bad business practice so they are a scam and will scan you every chance they can. I guess a way for the owner to line his pockethat sounds very unethical to me.

I was dropping off my amazon return package and they charged me $1 for the service that was supposed to be free. I have never seen a business trying so hard not to get my business. Never going there ever again and won't recommend them to anyone either.

Top notch customer service! Went above and beyond in a critical situation by picking up an envelope and making sure it went out Overnight so I could have by 8am the next day. Was super accommodating over the phone and followed up with a phone call after making the pickup so I'd know it was taken care of. Thank you to Pat and the team at Shipping Depot+.
