I have not had any business dealings or homeowner's affiliation with Shorewood Forest POA. I'm not sure why this is asked of me to rate. That being said, I don't particularly like homeowners associations as I have yet to have a positively memorable experience with any of them, either as a homeowner, property manager, resident, or trustee. My general concern comes from mismanagement of resources, corruption by board members at the highest level, and misallocation of funds that seems to be universal of all the HOAs I've had the displeasure of meeting. However, to Shorewood Forest POA's credit, this particular one hasn't done anything to gain my ire. The roads seem nicely maintained, and the recreational areas are functional. Therefore, I am giving this a neutral rating that Google feels I am qualified to rate. It's good - not great, not bad. Deal with it. There is always room for improvement. You can start by lowering fees.
