I had an initial consult with Mr. Smeet and on the second visit, I felt like I had to answer again the questions that were asked on the first visit. Of course I got charged for that extra time. I felt he didn't care for my case as he sent me the submission last minute for me to review prior to the deadline. Lastly, he provided me my results without explaining my options and deadlines. To top, he was away so I ended up missing a deadline which left me with little options. Mr. Smeets won one of the largest human rights tribunal in BC but I feel like he is no longer as dedicated.

Unfortunately I can't recommended this law firm. They seem to be quite unprofessional. We had a long conversation over the phone and they confirmed they will be able to take my case. I've sent them a lot of documents so that they can review. We scheduled another phone call for consultation. They had to cancel it as the lawyer was away. They promised to call me back to schedule another time. I'm still waiting for that consultation to happen. Complete waste of time.

We would like to specially thank Kevin that helped us with my mom’s immigration process(spousal sponsorship) he was truly there for us all the time, whenever we had questions, concerns even on Sundays(holidays) we were always happy with his response time and how easily it was to communicate with him personally, he is very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing.

Process went smooth with no complications at all once he asked us for all the documents at the beginning everything else was just a waiting period.
