Courtney did an amazing job on my case and won me a high 5-figure judgement with the maximum wage garnishment against the other party. From the start she was enthusiastic and covering all angles to get the most out of my filing. Her knowledge of the law and systematic approach really paid off in court, where her presentation of the evidence and cross-examination was both efficient and impactful, weighing heavily in my favor. Not only is she an extremely competent attorney, but she provided great moral support simply in her demeanor and how she talked to me, as opposed to other attorneys who might make you feel like an inconvenience to their firm or give excuses instead of results. She is truly an advocate. My opponent became quite huffy in court after losing big, and Courtney showed concern for my wellbeing, advising me even after court was adjourned to stay for a minute and let the other party steam out of the courtroom.

She has gone above and beyond for my daughter . She’s been a pillar of strength for me through some of the hardest things I’ve ever had to walk through. She puts her clients first . She’s passionate, intelligent, and makes sure every move she makes is in the best interest of everyone involved. Courtney is the real deal.
She is currently my attorney in a very intense case involving my daughter .

Courtney Smith is a liar and a manipulator. She says one thing and does another. She doesn't care about anyone's children. I wouldn't hire her ever, she will do things behind your back and not even bat an eye. She should be disbarred for some of the unethical things she does. Karma will get her one day.

Courtney is an amazing attorney!! Honestly the best one in lake and porter county area. She went above and beyond with my case. She is extremely professional and passionate about helping families and it truly shows though in her work, whether it’s reuniting a child with their parent to strengthen their relationship or removing a child from dangerous situations. She has an amazing work ethic , she was always early for court, on time for appointments and responds to emails in a prompt timely manner and even well after business hours if needed. She definitely has a way with words in a court room and knows just when to say certain things or when to the other person speak. She can definitely be a pit bull when needed and she is not easily pushed around. She is extremely understanding and totally nonjudgmental durning difficult times and truly tries to help her clients become the best they can be. I highly recommend her!! She will not disappoint!!
