Very poor experience here. I came in during covid and explained that I had a code and I’m not sure if it’s eligible to be tested. They confirmed it was eligible, took my money. The first thing they did was hook up the code reader and then they instantly failed me because the monitors hadn’t cleared yet. They took my money knowing it was just going to fail and then officially failed me. Now I have a failed smog record attached to this vehicle. Good customer service would have explained that it was a waste of my time to test it because it had a code. Instead they just took my money. I know times were tough during covid, but this was just plain shady. I still have the receipts.

I love this place. One stop shop. Smog/DMV/Notary/Live Scan services. I was able to do smog and registration within 15-20 minutes. In and Out. I hate the DMV. This place is great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Smogs N Tags. Fast and efficient. Thanks guys. Stay up.

People at business are rude. Went to get tags and didn't enter in system correctly. When I called to explain man started yelling and being hostile. Other places charge less and better service . Will not go back and will not rerecommend.

Recently moved back to California and needed to register my car. I absolutely hate the DMV! My husband took me to this location and the lovely lady inside gave us a business card with a discount and asked for us to head over to their newer location on Prospect. As soon as we pulled in, the gentleman working there was awesome! He advised us on what was going to be happening, smog check was quick, registering my vehicle from another state was easy as pie. He had awesome customer service, super funny and very informative. Advised me of a few recalls on my vehicle, registered my car and put both my plates on. We will definitely be coming back. Awesome little office, easy to get to location and the customer service was beyond my expectations. Very thankful for his help!
