The store manager of this location has to be the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. Her tone and demeanor are extremely rude, and she handles herself as if she has no prior Customer Service experience. The associates on the floor were actually polite and helpful, I cannot say the same for her. I’m sure Snipes can find someone better suited for this position. As having her as a manager speaks poorly of Snipes standards.

I had a disappointing experience at the Snipes store on Flatbush Avenue. The sales associate seemed completely uninterested in helping and acted as if he couldn’t be bothered to move. When I pointed out a sneaker I was interested in, he refused to walk over and assist me. This was by far some of the worst customer service I’ve received at a sneaker store in a long time. If he didn’t feel like working on a holiday he should’ve just called out. However, the young lady that assisted me in the end redeemed my experience.

Rude and disrespectful toward my and kids tryna pick up an order of 2 pair of inverse puma under my name and gave them the proper identification and order number . The darker tone manager woman working yesterday aJuly 9 around closing time. She was unprofessional and frankly smelled of weed and alcohol.

👎👎👎👎 The guys that work around the store do a very good job, but there is a short white girl behind the counter who spoke to me with a very bad attitude. She has to learn to deal with customers , if she doesn't like her job, she should quit..... Learn how to talk to customers u not in the hood.

My go to in trainers is Chucks. I believe in my lifetime I've purchased most of the colours and styles. Chucks and Pearls Yes Ms. Harris!
So wanting to try a completely different brand can be daunting for me.

Steps in Ms. Brianna at SNIPES with a chirpy "may I help you?" And the rest is herstory.

Bri assisted me so well. I asked a million questions, asked her opinion several times after I thought I'd settled on D ONE.
She had to check the storeroom clerk one thousand times for my *size all's and start over hoof* all while seeing to other customers and not once did she seem tired or annoyed with us.

She's one of those people that "bloom where they're planted" and Bri blooms so well.

She even got me a discount of more than half off the price I thought I was paying! You know the discount Goddess in me was celebrating and doing and inside DRIFT dance right!

I'll be recommending this branch and Bri to everyone that needs new kicks and will be back whenever I need more myself.

Bri is DA BEST!
