We decided to take our 15 month old for his first hair cut today! Samantha assisted us with his cut. She talked to him so nicely, was very comforting, and even provided a tablet that played Bluey to keep him occupied! He loved it and her! 🙂 she was very smiley with great energy! We will definitely be back!

The store itself was lacking and needs updating. However, our stylist did an amazing job with my kiddos hair. She was kind and patient and took care of their hair with professional grace.

4 year old had her hair cut here last weekend. We left feeling good but when we got home and were getting her ready for photos noticed it was extremely uneven in the back like something I would have done with kitchen scissors. In hindsight we never saw her have my kid sit up and cut the tips straight. Service was nice and people friendly but the haircut itself left a lot to be desired. Also, a warning sign should have been two boys before us were coming back to have them straighten the neck area on the back.

We’ve been here a couple times, and the outcome varies a lot depending on which stylist we got (the best ones we’ve had has been with Tamara but I don’t think she works the weekend shifts). I’d say half the time I feel they are rushed. The recent visit was particularly disappointing - my son was very frustrated about his haircut. The stylist was obviously amateur and nervous and needed someone else to come show her how to do things from time to time. I don’t blame her but the place should have properly trained their staff until they are truly ready.

my son is mixed so i should have taken that into consideration before choosing this place but im still so upset i paid 35 dollars for my sons first hair cut and i felt like she just rushed through it. she was great with my son but i had to take him to a barber directly after because of how bad it looked and the barber wasn’t even able to fix it because she cut the hair off in a spot that shouldn’t have even been touched. there was hair sticking out on the side. the photo below was taken before the other place fixed it!
