Women at this office are incredibly rude , started a policy without making the necessary changes I requested before hand . Found out a month later they had actually made my exwife primary account holder on the policy , and listed me only as a driver on the policy. When I asked them to fix this I was very upset , the women refused to admit any wrong doing or offer any solution to fix the problem . They constantly over spoke me and cut me off from speaking . While refusing to help any further. I referred to the problem as you and she said it wasn't her problem.

As a walk in, I was immediately able to sit down with Mr Yount and review possible policies available. He was very knowledgeable and I walked out with business insurance.

It was a very good experience. Kinda like doing business with a friend or good neighbor. I would definitely recommend his services.
