Scott Taddiken was hired by mother to draw up, write and make sure her will & trust got executed. He does NOT keep beneficiaries informed of whats going on. The beneficiaries did not even receive a copy of the will & trust until 5 MONTHS AFTER my mothers death. He did NOT give the beneficiaries ANY documents they requested. He did NOT return phone calls or emails. He did NOT care what the Trustee said or did to the beneficiaries. He is the most unprofessional and disrespectful attorney I have ever dealt with. Thousands of dollars my family has paid him and...for WHAT?!?
He absolutely did NOTING to make sure the will & trust was executed accordingly! He had the beneficiaries sign off as receiving their money a week ago and they have yet to get paid

If you’re looking for a comedian, they are the joke! Chris and Lisa charged me $2500 to hear my case and ultimately do nothing of any kind for me. They are 500% more than any lawyer in the area. Learn from my experience, do not use these guys

Very poor communication. If they would have told me every email cost $350 I would have never hired them. Paid 3k and they only talked to me. Not the other lawyer. Save your ones and time. Avoid these people

Wes Smith is beyond amazing!!! I was dealing with a debt collection for many years and it was never going to end. It’s over now, he made this happen and I cannot thank him enough for what he did!! I highly recommend him!!
