Having an attorney back out at a crucial moment in proceedings. After a year of payments Due to funds dwindling, after paying tens of thousands of dollars. I was terrified of not having council I called everywhere in the county and more no one should take the case due to time restrictions. Then I was set up with Hannah Fortini. Summit legal helped me connect with Hannah. She was absolutely incredible and fierce in court. It was quite something to watch her work. Hannah was beyond the level of professionalism With only a month or less to prepare. She was EXTREMELY kind and strong in her entire approach. I felt heard and much more at ease. I feel like I couldn’t have found a better attorney and when she told me it would be at no cost To me or my family after paying thousands of dollars. Eva has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the proceedings of my case. Lawyer was free for the consultation, so I couldn’t beat it. However, Eva, on more than one occasion spoke with me on the phone at length. More than 25 minutes each time I called with concerns bc I have never been through any custody hearings and was EXTREMELY nervous about the outcome pertaining to custody of my two young children. She told me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear, and kept it real from our very first convo. I cannot thank Attorney Hannah Fortini enough!
$18,000 + was paid out of our pockets to a different attorney and when the funds ran out so did that attorney run out and left an absolute legal mess on our hands!
Attorney Fortini from Summit Legal Aid in Greensburg accepted a very challenging case with critical time constraints. Attorney Fortini had 3 weeks to review our case and put together a strategy. We are so pleased with everything she did for us before, during and after. If we had Attorney Fortini when all of this began we would not have had to pay so much previously AND I truly believe she accomplished more in 3 weeks than our previous council did in 6 months. During our time with Attorney Fortini she showed professionalism, kindness, understanding, respectful, hardworking and willing to go that extra mile! Truly an Angel in disguise! Absolutely a joke. Was referred to them by my county courthouse, incredibly unprofessional and biased. 100% would not recommend and I will be filing a formal complaint.

Not good at all. They pick And choose whether you are innocent or guilty to represent you. Very prejudice.

A so called service that poses to help, but after they get signed to collect their government pay, (which they will get regardless of how they treat you, fail to do any work) has proven to be rude, not care for doing any service for their client, which they apparently look down upon. Clients are viewed as a inconvenience after they signed all paperwork, which enables the so called helpful service to collect from government.

Their attitude changes to that of disdain for their client, a bothersome nuisance to them lacking money, treated as gum below their shoes. I'd never pay for sarcastic, sassy spoiled behavior attitude employees, unprofessional, insulting clients and clients family members as one of these have done.

The insult their clients, at least one employee there behaves as a small spoiled child has made nasty remarks to clients and others off topic.

The one star review, Russell is correct as other many, one star reviews for them.

The ladies seem to have issues against men in a very unprofessional manner.

Hurling insults at clients and their family is no way to run a mature, legitimate business or a service posing, pretending to help others but cause harm instead.

They best learn to apologize to clients they wronged and make it right instead of remaining spoiled, doubling down on terrible behavior.

Once your at 3.1 out of 5 stars due to multiple reviews, throw in the towel.

They almost lost the PFA case and flat out told my girlfriend and I that were and I quote 'Never going to win this case as the judge already decided.' Before we even took the stand or spoke to the judge. Only good thing they did was get us a plea deal for 1 year PFA after I fought with them in the court house to take the pictures to his attorney and ask for one since they said we lost.Biggest joke ever when the civilian has to force the lawyer to work.
