Monica the owner of Summit solutions offered to send contractors To our home to unclog one toilet and repair one hinge on a kitchen cabinet. We asked for an estimate and she gave us a $1000 variance saying it could be $200 to $1200 depending on how long it would take. She added if it were to take eight or nine hours, for example it would be at the higher end. The contractors arrived, and according to our ring camera left exactly 2 hours later. No one communicated. There were any issues during the project however they build us for. $1236.90. Materials cost $11.90 therefore they are charging $612.45 per hour for the labor. We disputed the invoice via Angi, whose agent made several attempts to discuss and reason with Monica the owner. She refuses To Adjust the invoice saying we agreed to the estimate.
