as a Notary. did a few signings for this company. got to tell you they don't pay fast and the average pay was 50$. Went to a signing that was 40 miles from my office. The contract instructions said signer was supposed to provide a witness. Get there no witness, no neighbor, no nobody, ask if we can go to the coffee shop to get it done, signer refused. I immediately called title and sunshine. no answer. signed the remaining paperwork scanned it in. and they I needed to find a witness. I said ok on late notice can they pay for one and Matthew acted like I was putting them out. now keep in mind I only have 50$ down for this order. then they started making up excuses. I should have called from the table. I said I did. Matthew said I needed to provide them a copy of my phone log. or they won't pay my 50$ or the new witness. I said they were ridiculous then they removed me from the order, told me to spread the document and they are not paying me. If you are a notary Run far away from this company, and if your a title company keep in mind they only pay us $50 to do your orders without support.

First, if you're reading this, they're not open 24 hours. The business uses a call center 24 hours, but they're open normal business hours. I don't know how many calls the business takes after hours, but probably not nearly enough that they should list 24/7 hours on Google maps as there are people like me that will read a business is open 24/7 and head their way at 2AM with legal paperwork.
That being said, they are professional and fast, and took me without an appointment, although they prefer to have one. Prices are more than reasonable.
