Our family had a large arbitration case within the family over a family farm which was put in a trust many years back. Endless amounts of false accusations from two family members who chose greed over family, led us in contacting Supinka & Supinka PC. Mike, Kevin, and Logan met with us initially to go over what was at stake, and explained the entire process to us in regards to what kind of investment this would be for us to prove our innocence against these baseless claims. This case took over 4 years, until the arbitrator finally made a decision under the American Arbitration Association, which ultimately found what we had said all along, we were doing everything correctly! The entire team at Supinka & Supinka PC treated us with patience and kindness throughout the entire process. Kevin and Logan ultimately handled the 3 Days of in person hearings with all the parties involved as well as the depositions prior to the hearings. To watch these two professionals excel at our defense was breathtaking. They were up against a much larger firm from New Jersey, and took them to the cleaners. In the end, you get what you pay for.
