Kelly who answered the phone was being absolutely ridiculous. I needed to bring my daughter in (who has been seen there before) I was asked why I can’t just give her otc medication (by a receptionist). I was also asked if I would switch her primary care to there and I told them yes because the road closure for the next couple of years will make it impossible to go to the current one. I was then told she was not going to switch her to there if it was only going to be for a couple of years. Long story short my kid needed a school note and a dr to listen to her lungs. WHY WAS THAT SO DIFFICULT?!
