When an attorney takes a case, they need to be passionate about helping their client. They must make time. Sometimes litigation cases can interfere with personal lives and often a lawyer must stay up late or cancel weekend plans to be prepared. It is important that the family attorney review case law and facts to ensure that the client is not let down in a court hearing. It is my belief that Davina has the respect for herself and her clients to give her best. I have seen her in the courtroom, I have discussed legal issues with her, we have debated issues in the law and I am very comfortable telling anyone that reads this that she is a very capable attorney. Anyone that retains her firm should know that she is a strong advocate, knows the law and is not scared to raise her voice in a courtroom to ensure her client receives a fair shake.
