Tamara was helpful from the time she took the case until we resolved it. These are tax professionals and the cases are difficult. Mine was difficult and took some time, but they managed the process throughout and I did my part too.

As you review the reviews keep in mind what you are willing to do to follow up. As helpful as they are, we need to do our part too. And part of that is managing expectations, including our own expectations. This is much easier by taking the time, answering all the questions, and working with a patient and helpful professional like Tamara and TRA. It isn't free, that's for sure, but you have to determine what is valuable to you. I value outcome from professionals. A mix of patience and hospitality from their representatives is helpful as well, and that's what I received from this firm.

Anna Gonzales at Tax Relief Advocates. I had paid 3/4 of the amount I needed to, inordinate for them start my case. An emergency came up, and I asked Anna if there was any way, that they could refund my money. I never had to ask a second time, within 24 hours she got my request, took it to her manager and got it approved! And she followed up with me to let me know!! Her customer service and the care and urgency she put into my request, was exceptional. I can not remember the last time I had any organization take a request, and follow through , and get it approved within 24 hours and without having to follow up. I’m a bit skeptical of reading reviews posted on Company websites as it’s well known people can always be paid for good reviews. Regardless, I spent days researching which Tax Relief company had good outcomes n didn’t charge excessive fees for their services. I chose Tax Relief Advocates based on repeated A+ ratings by Better Business Bureau. I trust their Accreditation process n place since 1912. They must know what they r talking about before they hand out those annual awards.
I was fortunate to get Nestor Carcache as my Resolutions Officer. He always takes plenty of time answering my questions n reassuring this nervous Senior Citizen. He never made me feel bad about getting myself into this situation n in just the first month has gathered all the missing forms n figures I did not have to start filing process. He completed all forms n verified I will qualify for tax forgiveness. He explained it takes several months for IRS to finally agree to a lesser amount for me to pay. I was amazed at how fast they were able to get that many years of back taxes filed for me n I feel confident
