I DONT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!!!!!! I am extremely frustrated with the unprofessionalism of my lawyers, who have signed settlements without my consent or knowledge. They have dragged my case out for over a year and demonstrate poor communication by not returning calls or keeping me updated. Very rude and unprofessional STAFF. They send someone else medical records to us. Additionally, they lack clarity in explaining legal concepts and seem uninterested in my case. Their billing practices are unclear, they consistently miss deadlines, and they show a lack of empathy and understanding toward my concerns. The “ lawyer “ that we hired IS NOT EVEN ON THE PICTURE WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE
