Marc told me it would be 6k to go to mediation. We didnt even go to mediation because my husband and I came to an agreement on our own. Marc sent me a bill for over 15,000 and put a Lien on my divorce settlement. Run away from this very crooked lawyer. I’m now having to go to court against him!

Marc Tenney is one of the best out there. I wouldn't use any other. Any bad review on here is most likely his competitors whom can't compete. He genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for his clients. I've been a client of his for 30 plus years and I've never had any negative experience. Had him make out my Will a couple years ago, and left his office with a bad feeling that's been gnawing at me all that time. Can't quite put my finger on it because I know he may very well be a good attorney. I just had the feeling he was more interested in what 'he' wanted to do, rather than what 'I' wanted to do. I changed attorneys now and feel much more comfortable knowing that my Will will be executed the way 'I' want.

Marc and his staff went above and beyond to rectify my seemingly insurmountable child support case in Florida, and I live in Indiana. Over the course of an almost two year long process (even during COVID) I never had to urge him do do anything. Marc was always aggressively pursuing the best outcome for my case while keeping me fully informed. In addition, his fees are very reasonable and were worth every penny.

He seems nice. And maybe he is a nice guy personally. But he will take your retainer and try his best NOT to go to trial. Lazy. And will try to talk you out of everything you want and believe you have the basis to get. After Tenney no longer represented me, I fought pro se against my child's father who had a lawyer. And i won. I Won more than what I asked for. Yes of course I had to research. Yes I spent hours on the computer and at the law library but it was worth it. If I had listened to my counsels "advice" I'd be miserable and would've settled for what was NOT in the best interest of my child. Also Tenney started representing me in 2013 and never even filed for child support despite numerous requests to file it. That's 4 years it took to recieve child support and ultimately got it on my own.

Try someone else. Don't settle.

I would like to clearly state that Mark went above and beyond my expectation as opposed to the overall situation regarding a custody battle from Pittsburgh all the way to Florida I had no idea what to do I spent hours looking for attorneys out of all of them I choose mark very professional always there when you need him always answers all questions and is extremely aggressive thank you mr.
