Our non-profit recently had to purchase a home to turn into affordable housing. It was a gauntlet from start to finish, with lots of pressure coming from the seller to close in a very tight timeframe. It required everyone on the buyer’s side to work long hours, overtime, nights and weekends, and culminated in a dramatic closing where documents had to be transported to the title agent’s personal home at almost 11 o’clock at night. Any other title company would have said “too bad, so sad, see you on Monday at 9am” but Ayala came in clutch to make sure they did (and I am not exaggerating) everything humanly possible to close this sale. We look forward to working with them again!

This escrow team really did a great job. This escrow had some complications, and they stayed on target. What's more, their paralegal was answering my emails at all hours. I was surprised to keep getting replies at midnight and whatnot.
