At best its incompetence at worse they are down right crooks! Paid them to do a living trust then when we went to sell the houses THEY blamed the county clerk for THEIR screw up(wrong lot number)! Ended up paying them 1500 dollars in total to fix something that should have cost 500 or less I mean really it only probably took them 5 minutes to fubar the paperwork anyway!
